About the Role:

to support our account management and digital marketing teams. The ideal candidate must have
strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager in handling daily client communication and coordination.
  • Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare, maintain, and share
    monthly performance and progress reports
    .
  • Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and follow up with teams for task completion.
  • Support in managing client expectations and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Collect campaign performance data and assist in compiling presentations or insights.
  • Proactively identify workflow or communication gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO or paid media trends relevant to client accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience
    in digital marketing, preferably in
    SEO
    or
    Paid Ads
    (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    in English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in
    emailing, client communication, and coordination
    .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and campaign performance metrics.
  • Skilled in
    MS Excel/Google Sheets
    ,
    Google Analytics
    , and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
