About the Role:
We are seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Assistant
to support our account management and digital marketing teams. The ideal candidate must have
strong communication skills
, excellent command of
English (written and verbal)
, and hands-on experience in either
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Paid Advertising
.
This role involves
managing client communication

coordinating with internal teams
, maintaining
monthly reports
, and ensuring smooth execution of all ongoing marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Manager in handling daily client communication and coordination.
- Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare, maintain, and share
monthly performance and progress reports
. - Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and follow up with teams for task completion.
- Support in managing client expectations and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collect campaign performance data and assist in compiling presentations or insights.
- Proactively identify workflow or communication gaps and suggest improvements.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO or paid media trends relevant to client accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience
in digital marketing, preferably in
SEO
or
Paid Ads
(Google, Meta, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
in English (mandatory). - Proven experience in
emailing, client communication, and coordination
. - Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and campaign performance metrics.
- Skilled in
MS Excel/Google Sheets

Google Analytics
, and other reporting tools. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
