Accountant / Accounts Manager

Job Profile

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accountant / Accounts Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong command over accounting software Tally, MS Excel), excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage tasks within deadlines. Experience in law-firm accounting, compliance, and financial record management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, payments, follow ups and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and summaries.
  • Handle Tally entries, reconciliation of bank statements, and vendor payments.
  • Maintain client accounts, track outstanding dues, and coordinate for timely payments.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other filings.

Qualifications

  • Education background for the post
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting (freshers with strong skills can also be considered).
  • Proficiency in
    Tally
    and
    MS Excel
    is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(Depending on experience and skill level - Negotiable)
