Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Sales (HOS) to drive the companys revenue growth and lead our sales team towards achieving strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record in sales management within the FMCG or agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning for sales operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and compliance standards.
