Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, coordinate events, and work closely with the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
 - Handle internal recruitment activities including shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination.
 - Assist with payroll management and maintain employee records.
 - Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
 - Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution.
 - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
 - Explain services, packages, and offerings to clients and support them through the booking process.
 - Maintain communication between departments and provide support to the Director.
 - Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
 - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Good understanding of recruitment and basic payroll processes.
 - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing experience preferred).
 - Ability to work independently and closely with senior management.
 - Event coordination experience is a plus.
