Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Palakkad. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various HR tasks including managing HR Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, supporting HR management functions, and assisting with training programs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, handling employee inquiries, and supporting the HR team in various capacities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Skills in training and employee development
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
