Receptionist/Administration -Hindi speaking Female candidates

We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff effectively.
- Support HR/Administration with basic office management tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/regional language is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Professional attitude, grooming, and appearance.
- Customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
