Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology solutions. This role involves engaging with potential clients through telemarketing, warm calling, and outbound efforts to drive business development and foster long-term relationships. The Sales Executive will utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients, focusing on building rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrate technology products and solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage customers effectively through telemarketing and outbound calling techniques.
  • Background in technology sales is a plus; understanding of technical products is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
