We are looking for a passionate **Sales Executive** to join our sales team. The Sales Executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and maintain communication.
- **Sales Calls**: Conduct sales calls, present our products/services, and bring in new business.
- **CRM Management**: Update client information in the CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- **Client Relationship**: Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Hindi & English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
Work Hours:
- This is a full-time position. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
