Job Title: Lead - Talent Acquisition  - Immediate Joiners Only

Location: Richmond , Bangalore

Experience Required: 712 Years

Role Overview:As a Talent Acquisition   you will lead strategic hiring initiatives for technical and leadership roles within the Industrial Automation domain. You will collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Hiring & Planning

  • Partner with business units to forecast hiring needs aligned with growth plans.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for niche roles in automation, robotics, and control systems.
  • Drive workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards).
  • Build talent pipelines for engineering, R&D, and field service roles.
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and university outreach programs.

Process Management

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Optimize ATS usage and recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Conduct hiring manager training on interviewing and selection best practices.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners and vendors.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 7–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or engineering services.
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, robotics, IIoT) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
