The Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition leader who can build and scale our hiring engine across all business verticals — operations, hospitality, F&B, marketing, business development, HR, R&D, and technology.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organization by attracting exceptional talent that matches our culture of energy, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all functions and levels.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and design talent strategies aligned with company growth.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across gaming, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position LocoBear & LocoLane as employers of choice.
  • Implement recruitment analytics, tracking key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; establish best practices and scalable processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast manpower planning and build future-ready talent networks

Who You Are

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or consumer experience industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams in fast-growing, multi-site organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with leadership and understand evolving talent needs.
  • Passion for building culture, crafting great candidate experiences, and spotting A-players.
  • A self-starter who thrives in high-energy, entrepreneurial environments.
