What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across functions – Sales, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

  • Partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and design effective hiring strategies.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging networks.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Truww as a preferred workplace in the interiors space.

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a small TA team to deliver speed and quality in hiring.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, ensuring closures within defined TATs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing startup or agency background.

  • Strong exposure to both volume hiring and niche hiring.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves for execution.

  • Thrives in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
