Position Summary:

As a member of the Strategic Sourcing Team, the Contracts Specialist or Manager is responsible for preparation, reviews, negotiations, execution and management of Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments and Addendums for both new and existing customers. The successful candidate will interface with a number of internal and external customers at all levels and will drive towards amicable and compliant outcomes.

Must Have:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience working with USA Contingent Workforce Management / MSP Companies.
  2. Strong experience in MSP Contract Management

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of Commercial Agreements such as Master Agreements, Technology and Software/Subscription (SAAS) Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Consultancy Agreement, Services Agreements, Data Protection Agreements and other Vendor agreements based on third party and company's standard template and cross-functional discussions with a Global Legal Team and other Internal/External stakeholders.
  • Independently coordinate the Review, Vetting, Execution of Agreements, including negotiation of Commercial Contracts and tracking/updating matters in Contract Management System.
  • Should be responsible for Team Management, Stakeholder Management.
  • Should be responsible for finalization of the Commercial Contracts by having analytical approach. Should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven work experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing a variety of Global Commercial Contracts in MSP Space.
  • Prior proven experience working with US Staffing Agreements and Compliance related documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
  • Ability to take ownership and operate independently in the delivery of Legal services with sense of urgency, reliability, practicality and personal skills compatible with building trust with stakeholders.
  • Support to Business departments on major and complex Legal matters and playing an active role in the development and effectiveness of the legal department by sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Ensure legal risks are timely identified, assessed, evaluated, and mitigated through proper strategic and management action plans, as necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Candidate should have hands on experience in Independent contractor (1099/IC) vetting.
  • Candidates should independently process IC vetting.
  • Should be well versed with IC compliance

Work Locations: Noida OR Hyderabad, India (Onsite Role)

Shift Timing: 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (USA- EST Shift)
