We are seeking an experienced Contract Expert to lead transaction advisory services for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PPP frameworks and legal structures, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage contract-related aspects of transaction advisory assignments
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for PPP projects
  • Provide strategic advice to government and public sector clients
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Contracts Expert
  • Proven track record in transaction advisory assignments related to PPP
  • Must have worked on at least 3 similar assignments for state/central government or public sector organizations
  • Educational qualification: MBA/PGDM
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and legal structures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
