- **Responsibilities**:_
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities to promote products/services and secure sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and schedule an introductory meeting/Discovery meeting for the outside sales team (Director/VP).
- Hit/exceed Activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the sales management team.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information using the CRM HubSpot.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets, Preferably 3-5+ years.
- Experience using HUBSPOT CRM. Preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade prospects.
- Strong closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and book the meeting.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Contingent Workforce Industry is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies & offerings.
**Salary**: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
