
IT Support Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT technician to manage and maintain both software and hardware systems, including the repair of computer hardware. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting IT equipment and software used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
· Diagnose and repair hardware issues, including component-level repairs.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and applications.
· Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
· Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
· Ensure IT security, antivirus updates, and data protection.
· Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
· Provide technical support to staff (in-person or remotely).
· Assist in setting up and maintaining network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
Requirements:
· Proven experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting.
· Good knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks.
· Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus tools, and backup systems.
· Understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
