Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management:Organize and manage complex calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and video conferences.
- Communication Management:Act as a point of contact, handling internal and external correspondence, answering phone calls, and managing email.
- Document Preparation:Prepare, organize, and format various corporate documents, reports, and presentations.
- Travel & Event Coordination:Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and coordinate both internal and off-site corporate events.
- Information Management:Maintain organized filing systems and act as a gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive and confidential information is handled with discretion.
- Research & Project Support:Conduct research, compile data, and provide relevant information to support decision-making and assist with special projects.
- Office & Administrative Support:Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing, creating spreadsheets, and managing office supplies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organization & Time Management:The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous organization is vital.
- Technical Proficiency:Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar productivity platforms like Google Workspace are required.
