Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who want to build their career in B2B sales, business development, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, supporting client interactions, and contributing to sales growth in the mechanical engineering services and contract manufacturing sector. This is a full-time role with excellent learning and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential prospects to generate leads and new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, case studies, and sales presentations using MS Office tools.
  • Assist in trade shows, expos, and online meetings to strengthen business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas for website content and digital initiatives to support lead generation.
  • Learn and apply the B2B sales cycle to actively participate in sales growth activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (0–1 year experience).
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
