Job Title: Executive Sales – Immigration & Global Mobility
Job Location: Onsite, (Pune Mumbai /Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Hyderabad)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience: 2 - 4 years in B2B sales (preferred immigration & mobility)
Reporting To: General Manager – Business Development
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Executive – Sales to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business and nurture client relationships in the immigration and mobility space. They will be the face of Lex Visas for prospective clients, identifying opportunities, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create value.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the visas and immigration market, targeting individual clients, corporates, and educational institutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Actively prospect and generate leads through in-person client meetings, field visits, networking events, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Sales Strategy:
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build a strong lead pipeline and ensure consistent, high-quality follow-ups to maximize closure rates.
Lead Generation:
Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events, seminars, and conferences.
Partnerships:
Engage directly with HR, Mobility, and TA leaders to understand their challenges around global hiring, relocation, and compliance.
Market Research:
Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and market trends to provide clients with accurate and competitive solutions.
Proposal Development:
Pitch Lex Visas' solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner during face-to-face meetings and follow-up calls.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.
Reporting:
Maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR) with accurate tracking of meetings, calls, and client interactions and report the activity to senior management.

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with initiative to drive growth.
- Identify opportunities, develop sales and marketing strategies, generate leads, and prepare proposals/pitches.
- Focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Long-term planning for market expansion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understanding of global mobility, visas, immigration or HR compliance is a bonus.

Lex Visas believes in 80:20 rule of Job Description. 80% is the primary job & 20% is the secondary job, which is assigned based on organization needs and employee competency / interest from time to time.
