Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our
growing team in Pune. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who is passionate
about healthcare services and can engage with housing societies and communities to plan
and execute health check-up camps.
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential societies, offices, and potential locations across Pune to introduce our
diagnostic services
Schedule health check-up camps in coordination with society managers, RWAs, and local
coordinators
Ensure smooth execution of camps – setting up, coordinating with the medical team, and
supporting operations during the camp
Explain service offerings to individuals and groups; encourage participation
Maintain daily field activity reports and update management with progress
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, society heads, and local
decision-makers
Collaborate with the backend team to ensure timely logistics and operational support for
each camp
Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to camp scheduling and participation
Work Timings
General Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
On Camp Days: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (as per camp schedule)
Key Skills & Requirements
Fresher welcome; field work experience/internship will be a plus
Strong communication and convincing skills (Marathi, Hindi, and basic English preferred)
Willingness to travel locally across Pune on a daily basis
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly approach
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Basic understanding of healthcare/diagnostics will be an advantage
Salary: 2-3 LPA (depending on interview)
Incentives and Travelling Allowance:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21, ₹25,000.00 per month
