Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecom Fresher located in Hyderabad. The Telecom Fresher will be responsible for supporting telecom operations, assisting with research and development, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Additional tasks include working on network configuration, monitoring system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of telecom operations, network configuration, and system performance monitoring
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct research and assist in development activities
- Proficient in maintaining documentation and compliance with industry standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
- Experience or internship in the telecom industry is a plus
