Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from UK customers related to telecom products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide the best solutions through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Promote additional telecom products such as data add-ons, broadband, mobile upgrades, or bundled packages.
  • Deliver consistent sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a professional, courteous manner during all interactions.
  • Accurately record customer details and transaction information in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with telecom product features, offers, and promotions.
  • Adhere to quality, compliance, and call handling guidelines as per UK standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (UK accent familiarity is an advantage).
  • Prior experience in international voice process, upselling, or telecom BPO preferred.
  • Strong sales orientation with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven individual.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn opportunities into successful sales.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in UK shifts (Afternoon/Night shifts IST).

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 03 years of experience in telecom sales / international voice process / upselling preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset are welcome.
