Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or account-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved queries or escalations.
  • Maintain call logs, update customer information in the CRM system, and follow company SOPs.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and peers to improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or UK accent.
  • Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work in UK shifts (afternoon to midnight IST).
  • Minimum educational qualification: High school / Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: 03 years in an international voice or UK process preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
