Job Summary
The Accounts Receivables Executive is responsible for managing the companys incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Management:
Generate and dispatch accurate invoices in a timely manner
Track and monitor outstanding invoices and payment due dates
Collections & Follow-Up:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments
Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
Record Keeping & Reconciliation:
Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables and transactions
Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare aging reports and collection status updates for management
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities
Client Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve client queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes
