Looking for an Accounts Executive for Kolkata office.

  • Age - 30+
  • 5-6 years experience will be preferred.
  • Manage, as applicable, processes related to A/P and A/R management, bookkeeping entries and closing the books on a monthly basis.
  • Preparing Invoices, Day to Day Accounting, Cash and Bank Book- Sound Knowledge of Tally and Advance Excel- Understanding of GST and TDS.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger and utilities, treasury, cash forecasting, revenue and person should be proficient with TDS and GST calculation and return filling, vendor clearance, and other general accounting.
  • It is his duty to cross-check all the entries in the various accounting books and financial statements so as to identify any faults or error that might have occurred and also adopt immediate measures to solve the accounting problem.
  • To manage the daily operations and problems of the accounting department independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
