Role Overview: You will be working in Mumbai within the Lighting & Design industry on a full-time basis. As a Senior Project & Production Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage and streamline production data, design files, and project timelines. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth progression of projects from the design phase to execution, while maintaining precision, clarity, and coordination across various departments. It is essential for you to possess a strong command of AutoCAD and 3D software, along with the confidence to oversee the operational flow of creative, technical, and manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Keep production and project data well-organized and up to date - Track the progress of active projects and maintain timelines - Identify delays or dependencies and facilitate effective communication between design, production, and project teams - Interpret AutoCAD and 3D design files, assist in creating and updating drawings and documents - Establish a system to monitor approvals, revisions, and client needs - Support project leads in planning and coordination - Maintain project documentation for internal and external tracking purposes Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in project or production coordination, preferably in design, architecture, or manufacturing sectors - Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools - Strong organizational skills, effective time management, excellent communication abilities, and multitasking capabilities - Capacity to work independently while taking ownership of timelines and records - Background in lighting, interiors, or fabrication industries would be advantageous - Familiarity with project management tools or workflow software is a plus,
