We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support and manage ongoing projects efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, schedules, and progress.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, documentation, and execution.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members for project updates.
  • Prepare reports, maintain project files, and track deliverables.
  • Ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational project needs.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in project coordination (preferred but not mandatory).
