Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Partnership Manager to lead outreach and sales efforts with schools and coaching institutes. The role involves direct engagement with educational institutions, promoting our AI-driven learning solutions, and driving user acquisition and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with schools and coaching centers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educators and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coaching heads, and key stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
- Gather user feedback to support product development and improvement.
- Maintain detailed reports of outreach activities and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education or Marketing).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or institutional outreach.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
