Role Overview

We're looking for a smart, confident, and outgoing Business Manager to lead client engagement, business development, and lead generation initiatives.

This is a Work From Office (Delhi) role for someone passionate about networking, building relationships, and driving growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute lead generation and outreach campaigns for IT, Digital Marketing & Consulting verticals.
  • Manage the BPO infrastructure partnership model and coordinate with client teams.
  • Generate leads for Digital Marketing, SEO, and Business Consulting projects.
  • Attend startup events, client meetings, and networking sessions across Delhi NCR.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-up pipelines, and performance trackers.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred — confident, well-spoken, and presentable.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Client Management.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable attending meetings and events across Delhi NCR.
  • Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
