Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Prism Inc. This is a great opportunity for candidates with up to 2 years of experience to gain practical exposure in sales, especially within the Lighting ,construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and exploring new business opportunities
- Conduct site visits (mandatory) to understand client requirements and project scope
- Communicate with potential clients and support in follow-ups
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and basic documentation
- Maintain and update client data using MS Excel
- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, internships, or related roles
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to the construction/building materials industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada

- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Time management and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of the sales process
