## **Job Summary**:
## **Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential buyers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Promote and sell residential, commercial, or investment properties to clients.
- Conduct site visits and property showings to potential buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property availability.
- Negotiate and finalize property deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their property needs.
- Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and property listings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present property-related reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
## **Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand clients’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for property viewings.
