**Position: jewellery Retail Sales Officer**
**Location:Bengalore.**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our jewelry retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are passionate about jewelry and eager to build a career in retail sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry items based on their preferences, occasions, and budgets.
- Explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure the store displays are attractive and regularly updated to showcase the latest collections.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current jewelry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer payments securely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, tagging, and organizing jewelry pieces.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th standard or a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Polished appearance and a positive attitude.
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen interest in jewelry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
