**Retail Sales Officer(RSO) - CaratLane Kammanahalli, Bangalore**

**Job Role**: Retail Sales Officer

**Function**: Sales

**Reporting to**: Store Manager

**Business**: CaratLane ( Jewellery Store )

**Job Details**: To maximize retail sales by Providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Customer Service**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

**2. Store Operations**:

- Ensure that shelves are fully stocked, and displays are appealing and clean.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the management.

**3. Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
- Share feedback and insights with the store manager to improve operations.

**4. Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on new products, trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demand.

**5. Compliance and Policies**:

- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with sales, merchandising, and operational standards.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Educational Qualification: 10+/ PUC/ Diploma; a degree in Business or related fields is an advantage.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail or sales roles preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving capabilities.

**Other Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Store presentation and inventory management.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Opportunities for Growth**:
A Retail Sales Officer can progress to roles such as Senior Sales Officer, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager, based on performance and experience.

**Location**: 80 Feet Rd 509, 4th main, Kammanahalli Main Rd, beside Mdonalds, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
