**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Quotation & Documentation**:
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements.
- Maintain and update quotation records, follow up with clients for approvals.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical details.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and purchase orders **Client & Vendor Coordination**:
- Communicate professionally with clients for document collection and updates.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain a vendor database and support in procurement activities. **Reporting & Data Management**:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Manage records of projects, quotations, invoices, and payment tracking.
**Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up ability.
- Knowledge of quotation and invoice preparation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Qualification**:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration or office coordination.
**Additional Advantage**:
- Experience in working with **lighting, electrical, or construction-related** companies.
- Basic knowledge of **Tally** or any **ERP software** is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
