**Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities_
- Make sure the vital company and contact data is verified and registered in the CRM_
- Qualify the companies during the initial contact (size, in-house HR team, growth plans, projects etc.)_
- Respond to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods_
- Pass qualified leads over to the sales team_
- Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitored_
- Enter prospects into automated marketing culturing campaigns_
- Provide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports_

**QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Previous sales or marketing experience_
- Experience in similar demand generation role (1 year minimum)_
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce is a plus)_
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- Strong attitude for learning_
- Ability to pitch complex products and solutions is a plus_
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team player_
- Motivated, solution-minded, self-starter_
- Ability to think in processes, creating part of the sales-flow_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
