The Pre-sales Representative will engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide expert consulting to guide them through the offerings and solutions that best match their needs. The role includes providing timely customer service, managing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and design teams to support customer satisfaction and conversions. The role also involves analyzing customer needs to create tailored solutions. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide top-notch support - Consulting and Presales skills to analyze customer needs, present solutions, and support conversions - Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations - A proactive and customer-focused approach with attention to detail - experience : 1-3 Years - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a relevant field is an advantage
