**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Business Development**:Proactively identify and engage with new leads across manufacturing industries that can benefit from industrial automation, SCADA, IIoT, MES, or Protocol Integration solutions.Leverage digital tools, industry databases, and networking opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- **Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Selling**:Conduct thorough customer needs assessments to propose tailored automation and protocol-based solutions that align with client requirements for performance, efficiency, and ROI.Confidently articulate the business value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Key Account Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including IT Heads, Plant Managers, and Operations Leaders.Act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle— from consultation to post-sales support.
- **Proposal Development & Quotation Management**: Prepare accurate and customized technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors to ensure competitive, value-driven quotes.**Submit Tenders**: Identify relevant tenders, prepare submissions, and ensure timely filing.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain updated and accurate customer data in the CRM system. Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and insights through weekly reports and dashboards.
- **Pre-sales & Internal Enablement**: Develop support material, product decks, and training sessions for internal sales and technical teams.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with OEMs and external partners to gather technical inputs, pricing, and availability when third-party components are part of the integrated solution.
- **Event Participation & Market Visibility**:Represent the company at industry expos, trade shows, and technology conferences to generate leads and promote our solutions portfolio.
- **Customer Success & Feedback Loop**:Ensure timely resolution of post-sales issues in coordination with technical teams.Promote the adoption of additional services and upgrades based on client feedback.
- **License Management**:Track and manage all software and protocol licenses. Coordinate renewals, upgrades, and compliance-related documentation.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation, Industry 4.0 technologies, and protocol integration to better serve client needs.
- **Other Duties**:Perform any additional responsibilities necessary for supporting business growth and customer success as assigned by the Sales Head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
