We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing & Closing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record in closing high-ticket deals. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

●Client Management:

○Engage with potential clients and provide detailed insights into the project offerings.

○Build strong rapport with clients to understand their requirements and financial preferences.

○Guide clients through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

●Sales Closure:

○Effectively handle price negotiations and close deals within the defined ticket size of ₹70 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores.

○Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed closure targets.

○Ensure timely execution of sales agreements and documentation.

●Strategic Planning:

○Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.

○Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities.

○Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to optimize lead conversion.

●Post-Sales Coordination:

○Manage post-sale activities, including follow-ups on payment schedules and registration.

○Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in closing high-value deals. Proven track record of handling ticket sizes ranging from ₹70 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores. Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21, ₹50,000.00 per month
