About the Role
We are seeking experienced and target-driven Sales Professionals with strong expertise in Luxury Residential Real Estate. The role involves driving sales through direct channels and channel partners, ensuring closure of high-value transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and brokers.
Candidates with experience handling projects in the Chembur or South Mumbai (SOBO) markets will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in value and volume as per business objectives.
- Drive sales through direct channels (online, offline, events, exhibitions, referrals, etc.).
- Manage and expand relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent revenue flow.
- Maintain an updated broker and client database; motivate partners to improve conversions.
- Handle customer queries, conduct site visits, and ensure closure of deals at approved price levels.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate Sales (Closing or Sourcing).
- Must have handled projects with a minimum ticket size of 4 Cr.
- Strong understanding of Chembur / South Mumbai (SOBO) markets.
- Proven stability and consistent performance in previous roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
