  • We are looking for a highly experienced Sourcing Manager - across our products - from choosing
  • the right farmers, producers, and manufacturers, managing inventory, planning, dispatch, negotiating
  • prices, analyzing market trends, reducing wastages, increasing fulfillment, and working as the
  • extension of the sales team.
  • We're looking for a high-performing and efficient candidate to help us meet our targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • By closely collaborating and working with the core team in a high-paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting plans and executing the same. We are keen on finding someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and entrepreneurial.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):-
  • Lead sourcing efforts across all offerings – find the best quality and price and direct producer sources
  • Coordinate quality control and analysis of all products
  • Responsible for converting sales leads into orders through best sourcing, pricing, and quality
  • Responsible for inventory management, storage, and packing practices, to ensure quality is enacted
  • Responsible for purchase planning, wastage/shrinkage management
  • Coordinating across teams to ensure efficiency from logistics to compliance
  • Quick turnaround time for sourcing leads
Requirements -
  • MBA or BA degree, or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in the same or related field – Organic Preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Key Skills:-
  • organic/grocery/farm sourcing background
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing food, products, farm connects, cost analysis, cost planning, inventory planning, management, quality, control, quality analysis, organic certification process, and compliance
  • Well-versed with Organic Certifications and Compliances (NPOP, NOP, FSSAI, TCs, APEDA)
