Meet prospective clients generated from sourcing, marketing, or referrals.

Conduct professional project presentations and site visits.

Address client queries, explain pricing, payment plans, and project USPs.

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of bookings.

Coordinate with CRM, Accounts & Documentation teams for post-booking formalities.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently

  1. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain updated MIS, lead status reports, and partner performance data.

Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns that support lead generation.

Provide management with clear updates on closures and sourcing funnel.

Track inventory, offers, and competition analysis.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong networking & relationship-building skills.

Excellent negotiation & closing ability.

Sound understanding of real estate sales process.

Experience working with channel partners/brokers.

Good communication in English, Hindi, and local language.

Confident personality with ability to handle high-value clients.

Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel & documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
