The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to manage funding, closings, and loan documentation. The role also involves assisting sales teams with the execution of contracts and ensuring smooth customer experiences throughout the closing process.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with persuasive presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google WorkspaceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of professionalism and integrityQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)3–6 years of proven experience in sales closing, business development, or account managementExperience in high-ticket sales, real estate, luxury goods, or services is an added advantageKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Conversion rate of qualified leads to closed dealsMonthly and quarterly revenue achievementAverage deal closure timeCustomer satisfaction and retention rateWork ScheduleFull-time role (6 days a week / as per company policy)May require flexibility in working hours to meet client needsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary packagePerformance-based incentives / commissionsProfessional growth and career advancement opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environment
