Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, InMail, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Execute outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients
- Maintain CRM with accurate records
- Conduct market and competitor research
Requirements:
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
- IT/software industry knowledge preferred
