Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, InMail, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Execute outreach strategies to convert prospects into clients
  • Maintain CRM with accurate records
  • Conduct market and competitor research

Requirements:

  • Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Sales Navigator
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • IT/software industry knowledge preferred
