The Accountant will be responsible for managing the hotel's financial records, statutory compliances, and day-to-day accounting operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and LLP compliance along with the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (daily cash, bank, sales, purchase, expenses).
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and guest ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable, payroll, and petty cash management.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
  • Ensure proper input tax credit (ITC) utilization and reconciliation.
  • Handle TDS deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Ensure compliance with LLP requirements – ROC filings, annual statements, and coordination with company secretary/CA.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per law.
