We're seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive who thrives in building relationships, driving sales, and closing deals. You'll be responsible for full-cycle sales, from prospecting and outreach to product demos and successful deal closures. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, negotiating, and exceeding targets.

- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:Conduct outreach calls to U.S.-based convenience store owners to introduce our POS solutions.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Product Demonstrations: Present and demo our POS product line to potential customers, guiding them from interest to close.
- Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate pricing and package options, ensuring win-win agreements.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Go the "extra mile" to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline & CRM Management:Keep accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer information to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- 2–3+ years of proven sales experience (lead generation, cold calling, high-ticket closing).
- Experienced in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- REQUIRED: Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken & written).
- Nice to Have: Fluency in Gujarati, Punjabi, or Urdu.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
