To drive institutional sales of Syona Fans by identifying and developingrelationships with key decision -makers such as builders, real estatedevelopers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and largeinstitutions, ensuring business growth and consistent revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:1. InstitutionalSales ExecutionDrive sales of Syona Fans through institutional channels (real estate projects, schools, hospitals, corporate offices, etc.).Generate and convert B2B leads from realtors, interior designers, and architects.Identify, engage and convert bulk buyers in targeted industry verticals.2. Key AccountManagementDevelop strong relationships with key accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.Ensure repeat orders and long -term business through excellent service and product support.Regularly update clients with new products, offers, and business developments.3. Client Meetings& Field VisitsConduct regular meetings with realtors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.Visit construction sites and ongoing projects to promote product specifications and close deals.4. ProductPresentation & PromotionGive professional presentations and product demos to target clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct on -ground promotional activities, exhibitions, and architect meets.5. TargetAchievementMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Provide accurate sales forecasts and sales funnel reports to the management.6. MarketIntelligenceTrack competitor activity, pricing, and new market trends.Provide timely feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs, competitors, and market conditions. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).2 -5 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales (preferably in electricals, fans, appliances, or building materials).Experience in dealing with architects, consultants, and project heads is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPersuasive sales skills and confidence in presenting technical productsRelationship building and client managementSelf -motivated with a results -driven approachAbility to travel extensively within assigned regions
