**Roles and Responsibilities**
Bank and other ledger reconciliations
Data and journal entries
Perform the daily payment of invoices
Update the system as invoices are received
Address disputes and payment failure issues
Maintain an accurate supplier database
Coordinate the team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
Adhering to information security policies: Following the rules and procedures set out in the ISMS, including data handling, password management, and secure communication practices
