Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products through online platforms and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Assist customers with queries, payments, and product details both in-store and online.
  • Keep track of sales, maintain records, and provide feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / +2.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred (not mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media / online selling will be an added advantage.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
