Role Description – Growth Manager, Performance Marketing
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
We're looking for a strong performance marketing leader to drive revenue growth and ROAS for Hyugalife. The ideal candidate brings high ownership, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to experiment, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across key platforms.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta and Google
- Drive strategic planning across channels with clear goals on budgets, ROAS, and revenue
- Run full-funnel experimentation to test, learn, and scale campaigns
- Continuously optimize campaigns to balance efficiency and growth
- Lead creative strategy with the content team, ensuring fresh assets and new experiments
- Align performance marketing activities with overall calendars and sale events
- Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs to guide decisions
Qualifications
- MBA preferred, with 3–6 years of experience scaling performance marketing campaigns
- Proven track record in scaling revenue from early-stage (0–1 or 1–10 journey)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce growth levers
- Deep expertise in Meta paid ads; experience with Google Ads is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused
