  • A Business Development Executive is someone who manages the development of new sales leads through a variety of channels.
  • Generating leads and Maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Assisting in the sales process and Contributing to the development of business growth.
  • Maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Assist the managers in day-to-day business activities.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Lead negotiation with potential clients and build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Building business relationships with current clients. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects Collaborating with management on sales goals
  • At least 1+ years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidate is responsible to monitor 5 districts nearby the location at Kerala

PACKAGE

  • CTC: Rs 4.2 LPA 6 LPA depending upon experience and work efficiency.
