Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze technical job requirements shared by hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in creating job postings and promoting them across relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) any specialization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminologies (will be trained if required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
